Shipping policy

We ship all of our orders with USPS Priority Shipping. On average USPS Priority Shipping is 3-4 business days. At times, deliveries may arrive sooner or even later during busy periods.

Please note this excludes any processing/handling times. We do our best to get orders shipped out as soon as possible. The one downside to buying coffee from active full-time firefighters is that we may all be on shift when an order is placed. If so, there may be a 1 to 2 day delay in fulfillment.

Please note that these shipping times are estimates. Due to us no longer having control over the package once it is shipped, we cannot guarantee exact shipping times.
