Fresh is best

I was fortunate to pick up a fresh bag of engine #10 original blend. Most excellent. I'm going through the bag daily switch
Ing from French press to pour over. I think it's close but the French Press is slightly better. I'll definitely buy more. Hope there is an option to get half a pound.
